Library Overview

The mission of the elementary library program is to encourage and empower students and staff to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic life-long  readers, skillful researchers, and ethical creators and  users of information and technology.

The school library program provides instruction that addresses library skills, literary appreciation, information literacy,and  media literacy.

 

Students come with their class for book exchange once a week. Books are checked out for a two week( 14 days) period. They are considered overdue after that.  There are no fines for overdue but they must be returned.

Fines are charged for lost or damaged books.
